Headwall Photonics designs and manufactures diamond-turned and original diffraction gratings including original planar, aberration-corrected concave/convex, and Rowland circle gratings in standard, as well as custom formats. In addition, Headwall Photonics specializes in the alignment and packaging of these gratings to deliver ruggedized spectral modules for OEM applications. Our modern 20,000 square foot facility has a large production cleanroom with the latest in automation for precise manufacturing of high quality, original gratings.

• Hyperspectral Imaging Spectrometers
  Headwall Photonics is the leading designer and manufacturer of hyperspectral imaging sensors. Headwall's patented, aberration-corrected hyperspectral sensors provide users with a unparalled imaging performance free of image distortion. Headwall Photonics capabilities are unique in that the company is also the largest manufacturer of "all-original" holographic diffraction optics.   Our compact modules are cost-effective, prealigned optical systems that are easily integrated into systems to save development costs and time to market. Our products include single- and dual-beam spectrographs. Our Hyperspectral VS15 is an unparalleled imaging spectrograph with extremely high spectral/spatial resolution.
