Headwall exhibited at New England’s UAS and AAM Summit 2023, Boarding Pass to the Next Era of Aviation, on Wednesday, October 4, and Thursday, October 5, 2023, co-hosted by AUVSI New England, MassAutonomy, and NDIA New England. Government, industry, and academic leaders from across the country discussed UAS and AAM progress, opportunities, and obstacles as we develop and implement this critical technology in society and daily life.
Headwall also participated in a PitchFest where Mikhael Jobran, Northeast US Regional Sales Manager outlined our remote-sensing systems and an ongoing project with Coastal Ocean Vision on detection of Harmful Algal Blooms using our off-the-shelf, turnkey UAV-based system with the compact yet powerful Nano-series VNIR hyperspectral-imaging payload with LiDAR.
This year’s Summit was held over two days at the Northeastern University Innovation Campus in Burlington, MA. It featured numerous keynote speakers, engaging panel discussions, a PitchFest for innovators and start-ups, multiple exhibitors, live demonstrations, networking breaks, and many more opportunities to engage with regional and national leaders. The Summit is an excellent opportunity to learn about what is happening across the industry on the national and international levels and an invaluable chance to experience New England's rich UAS and AAM ecosystem!
It turned out to be a beautiful New England autumn at the annual New England UAS and AAM Summit 2023 for two days of immersive discussions!
