One of Headwall's yearly initiatives is the production and donation of hygiene kits for the homeless in the Central, MA area. On November 19, 2021, Headwall employees assembled one hundred of these kits at the Bolton, MA facility.

The kits are donated to Our Father's House, a private, non-sectarian agency providing shelter and related services to homeless men, women and children.

In addition to assembling kits, Headwall also donated 20 Thanksgiving baskets to families at the Devens Transition Center. The baskets were assembled at the Fitchburg, MA facility, and included dry goods, stuffing mix, mashed potato flakes, canned cranberry sauce, peas, carrots, black olives, pickles, evaporated milk, gravy, canned pumpkin, pie crust, a frozen turkey, tin pan and grocery store gift cards.
